JOB TITLE: Bartender & Server - Crafting Memorable Guest Experiences! 
 
PRIMARY OBJECTIVE: 
Unleash your creativity, serve incredible drinks, and deliver extraordinary guest experiences both at the bar and in our dining room. Whether you’re shaking up cocktails or guiding guests through an unforgettable meal, you’ll bring the energy that sets the stage for great memories.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 
•Show off your mixology skills, serving stunning and delicious drinks as well as providing excellent table service during scheduled serving shifts. 
•Welcome guests with a contagious smile, whether at the bar or their table, and describe our specials with flair. 
•Take orders with efficiency, whether they’re for craft cocktails or entrees, and work seamlessly with our POS system. 
•Serve alcohol responsibly while maintaining a fun and safe environment. 
•Foster teamwork and support during our counter-service lunch shifts and collaborate with colleagues for smooth transitions into traditional seated dinner service. 
•Handle bar setup, side work, table service, and payment processing like a pro. 
•Maintain cleanliness and organization, ensuring a well-stocked bar and a polished dining area. 
 
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Possess TIPS certification for responsible alcohol service.
  • Strong communication and time management skills.
  • Bring the energy and create a memorable experience for every guest.
  • Stay cool, friendly, and enthusiastic under pressure.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
  • Reliable transportation.
  • At least 1 year of bartending experience.
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, including kegs.
  • Ability to read and identify order items on a chit ticket.
  • Ability to stand for up to 8 hours per shift.
